Yoga Holidays in Greece
Cyclades, Tinos, in the wonderful Agios Romanos bay, where one of the most beautiful beaches of the island awaits you.
From September 4th to 11th, spend three days surrounded by Cyclades’ nature and take the opportunity to spend your holidays in a beautiful resort by the sea, only a few meters away from a sandy beach shaded by tamarisks.
A quiet and savage place, where you can be inspired by the sparkling light and the incredible blue of the Aegean Sea.
This retreat can be a pleasant diversion from a longer holiday, which you can organise directly with the staff of the workshop venue. Or the perfect excuse for a relaxing weekend by the sea.
Yoga teacher:
Massimo Gheda, teacher of Haṭha Yoga and study Indology to Turin University. He teaches regular classes at “ASD Tandava La Fabbrica dello yoga” and “Acroyoga Brescia”, and has held several workshops both in Italy and abroad.
Daily Schedule:
8:00 – 9:30 Yoga practice and meditation.
The rest of the day relax and free excursions.

The Venue:
The Sail Inn (9,4 on Booking.com and 5/5 on Tripadvisor) offers a panoramic view on the beautiful Agios Romanos bay and its breath-taking sunsets! Surrounded by nature, it’s run by nice and friendly Greek family. The structure consists of ten recently-built and comfortable studios (2, 3 and 4 beds), minimal but fully equipped (AC, kitchenette, and – above all – sea view!)
This beautiful garden will be our outdoor room! Don’t miss this opportunity to practice yoga in a beautiful setting, accompanied by the sound of waves.

How to Get to Tinos:
By ferry, Tinos is 30’ minutes from Mykonos, 2,5 hours from Santorini and 4 hours from Rafina’s port (30’ minutes by bus from Athens’ airport).

How to Get to Agios Romanos:
Agios Romanos bay is 6 km from the port of Tinos/Tinos Town. We’ll be waiting for you at the port and will drive you to destination. The island is beautiful and worth exploring. Feel free to do it by renting a car or a moped from a Rental Car at special rates.
Tips:
Bring your yoga mat, an effective mosquito repellent product and sun cream.
The nearest supermarkets are located in Tinos, about 10 minutes by car from the workshop venue.
In the Agio Romanos bay you can find a charming beach bar and a typical Greek tavern.
The Island:
The island is wonderful and worth exploring. If you don’t feel like walking on one its several hiking tracks, you can rent a car or a moped at special rates in a local Rental Car.
Tinos is very close to Mykonos but very different. It’s larger but has slow rhythm. And here you can still find the traditions of “old” Greece, such as marble craftsmanship. The inhabitants of its many fascinating villages (in this sense, Tinos is considered the most interesting of the Greek islands) are reserved and friendly at the same time, always happy to share the love for their land with visitors. We fell immediately in love with this place, charmed by all these characteristics and by the fact that, after three years, we still find unexplored corners.
