Si è avvicinata allo yoga nel 2003 e ha iniziato a insegnare nel 2012.
Si è formata seguendo la formazione con la scuola di yoga e ayuerveda Hari-Om.
Ha approfondito la sua formazione con lo yoga per la donna, il massaggio ayuervedico e ha conseguito il diploma di yoga in gravidanza e post parto.
